Kloud9 Pet grooms dogs and cats from two Melbourne salons, in South Melbourne and Gardenvale. Both run on My Pet Groomer: their own booking site, a separate menu and hours per shop, deposits taken at booking, and a client and pet history shared across the two.

Two shops that don't run the same way
South Melbourne and Gardenvale are different suburbs with different clients, and Kloud9 Pet prices and staffs them differently. On My Pet Groomer each salon has its own menu, its own hours and its own diary, while the client and the dog are shared: a regular from one shop who books the other arrives with their history, their coat notes and their last few visits already there.
Gardenvale's menu runs from a dog wash and blow dry to a full groom, ultrasonic teeth cleaning, spa add-ons and a pet-taxi service, with a full cat menu alongside — wash, deep clean, degreasing, clipping and spa treatments. All of it is booked, priced and paid through the one system.
Booked online, paid up front
Clients book at kloud9pet.mypetgroomer.com.au, pick the dog or cat and see the services and prices that apply, and pay the deposit before the slot is held. Reminders go out before the appointment on their own. The phone is for people who want to talk to a groomer, not for taking bookings.
The salon has been taking bookings this way since May 2026, across both locations, with the same client list behind each.
A page on Google for each salon
Each location has its own public page with its address, hours, phone and full service menu, marked up so Google treats it as a real local business rather than a branch buried on a company page. Kloud9 Pet's Google Business Profile has its booking link set, so a pet owner who finds the salon on Maps can book without leaving it.
